Complex Football Skills - Mick Bohan - Déise Óg South East Coaching Workshop 2020
In this presentation from the South East Coaching Workshop 2020, Dublin senior ladies football team manager Mick Bohan takes 120 coaches through a fascinating 'Complex Football Skills' session.
Mick is one of the best known and respected Gaelic football coaches in the country having been involved with multiple Sigerson Cup winners DCU, the Clare senior footballers and numerous Dublin mens, ladies and U21 title winning teams down the years. His current Dublin team have won the last three senior ladies football All-Ireland titles.
In this session, Mick emphasises the importance of being comfortable off both feet and using both hands. He talks us through movement in Gaelic football and how crucial it is to be able to create and utilise space. It was a massively engaging and enjoyable session and it gave the coaches in attendance massive food for thought heading away on the day. We hope it does the same for you too.
Recorded on Saturday February 29th 2020 at the Déise Óg South East Coaching Workshop in the WIT Arena, Carriganore.
